		CNC Machines Programmed and controlled by computer, boast short set-up times and the ability to handle one-offs to several thousand batches. Unmanned running offers productivity and cost benefits.
Star SR-20R - Sliding head lathes with sub spindle and live tooling for components up to 20mm diameter by 205mm long (longer depending on part shape). Up to 80 tools on the machine working with 6 axes.
		Citizen M32 - Sliding head lathes with sub spindle and live tooling for components up to 32mm diameter by 320mm long (longer depending on part shape). Up to 80 tools on the machine working with 13 axes.
Multi-spindle Lathes offer fast cycle times and are ideal for large batch runs. 6 rotating bars of up to 100mm are automatically fed through collets housed in a central drum which indexes through all stations per component. Parts are machined simultaneously.
		Rotary Transfer Machines used often for secondary operations. These transfer components in a holding device so that if required, 2/3 operations can be carried out simultaneously.
Nakamura - Tome Wt-250 - Fixed head twin spindle, twin turret fixed head lathes with "Y" axis milling capabilities for components up to 65mm diameter with 24 tools on 8 axes.
